Significant Lead Legislation Nears the Finish Line
Governor Murphy enacted a multitude of laws this summer that address lead in both water and paint, while additional bills await the governor’s signature. Furthermore, the final FY22 budget includes several provisions for water infrastructure funding, including lead testing and remediation.
